Move PKCS12 import methods from chaps_util to kcer In order to make changes compatible with Lacros, moving recently added methods for PKCS12 files parsing/validation/import from chaps_util to kcer. Those new methods are still not in production, current changes are required minimum to build without errors. Next step will be to replace dependencies on chaps_util with kcer components and adjust interfaces. Updated unit tests. before moving coverage was ok. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
