Extract annotator mojom to separate directory Annotator mojom should live in a separate directory as it will be available outside of the projector. Projector dependencies in the annotator will be cleaned up in following CLs. 1. Open chrome-untrusted://projector-annotator 2. Verify annotator works as expected 3. Open Screencast app 4. Start annotating 5. Verify annotator works as expected 6. Change marker color and verify the color is changed. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
