Collect dependencies for each third-party crate The gnrt implementation collected a flat list of all transitive dependencies. However, each dependency's own dependency list will be needed when generating build files. Add logic to collect this list for each third-party dep. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
