chromeos: Creating force_enable/disable based on effects chrome flags When camera effects chrome flag is toggled create the appropriate force_enable/force_disable file to make this feature available or not. BUG=b:249669970 TEST=CQ-dry run. Awaiting Chrome flag to be added to perform system tests. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
