Clean up HLS histograms

Update all un-expired HLS histograms (the ones useful for desktop
launch) to have an end date at the end of the year. The expired
histograms are removed from the xml as well as code. These were all used
for comparing the old MediaPlayer implementation to the new one, but the
old implementation is gone, and these histograms aren't useful for a
desktop launch.
