[ios] Remove incorrect static_cast<ProfileIOS*>(...)

To convert a web::BrowserState* to a ProfileIOS* the method
ProfileIOS::FromBrowserState(...) should be used.

Fix all the use of static_cast<ProfileIOS*>(...).
