Extend the expiration date of Platform.Trunks.RecoverableWriteErrorNo and Platform.Trunks.UnrecoverableWriteErrorNo to 2025-09-15.

These histograms are still useful for tracking the number of recoverable and unrecoverable write errors that occur on Chrome OS devices.
