[OOBE][KioskAutolaunch]: Update screen and handler structure

 -Remove setDelegate()
- Remove OnViewDestroyed;
- Remove InitializeDeprecated();
- Migrate to OnUserAction with args list and external API prefix;
- Remove RegisterMessages() and move logic to screen..
