[M103 Merge] Fix UAF in CloseBubbleOnTabActivationHelper There are circumstances where a bubble may outlive its hosting browser window (e.g. the browser is closed before the attached bubble). This CL adds an observation on the BrowserList to nullify the Browser member if the Browser is destroyed before the activation helper. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
