infra/config: Add skylab builders used for CQ to chrome/try.star The builders need to be in the file to be ran on CQ. This CL fixed the errors on CQ of LKGM uprev CLs, that has been caused by crrev.com/c/5064969. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
