RubyLB: Fix min-max computation

* MaxSizeFromMinSize:
  * Handle InlineItemResults in kOpenRubyColumn results
  * AddTextUntil() skips ruby annotation text

* ComputeContentSize() and LineBreaker:
  Do not compute the max size from the min size items if there is a
  ruby with overhang.

This CL fixes 10 crashes with RubyLineBreakable flag.
