Don't expose unshipped stats in webrtc-internals. The "unship deprecated stats" feature, which removes stats of type "track" or "stream" from RTCStatsReport, is now enabled-by-default. Because lower layers still expose these they are filtered out prior to exposure to JS. With this CL, we also filter them out from webrtc-internals, meaning there is no longer a need to render them in red and display a deprecation warning. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
