Remove Peeking and Half launcher histograms The following histograms will not be logged for productivity launcher: Apps.AppListAppLaunchedV2.Half Apps.AppListAppLaunchedV2.Peeking Apps.AppListPeekingToFullscreenSource All AppListStateTransitionSource to and from Peeking and Half state are also obsolete from M104 onwards, so return kMaxAppListStateTransition as a placeholder while we schedule the AppListViewState for removing. Actions logged for toggling between Peeking launcher and Fullscreen launcher are also removed from the actions.xml file. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
