[Android] Add custom KA long-press removal dialog for Home/Work profiles This change introduces a custom confirmation dialog for removing Home or Work address suggestions from the keyboard accessory. Previously a generic deletion dialog was shown. The new dialog provides: - A Home/Work-specific title and body explaining the action. - A clickable link to the Google Account address management page, which opens in a Custom Tab. - Button text changed from "Delete" to the more accurate "Remove." To implement this, the ConfirmDeletion flow was updated to pass an optional link URL from C++ to Java. In Java, SpanApplier is used to create a ClickableSpan for the link within the dialog's message. This CL also refactors confirmation text generation to make it more readable. Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
