Remove support to Chromad from arc_util Clean up arc_util, removing references to Active Directory users, as part of the Chromad removal from ChromeOS (see b/263367348 for details). This is the fourth step to remove support to AD users from //chrome/browser/ash/arc/. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
