AW: prefer trailing commas No change to logic. This adds comments telling contributors to prefer trailing commas in lists because this allows cleaner diffing (and, it makes it easier to use git-blame to identify who owns the particular feature in the list). This also disables line-length warnings and code formatting for the KNOWN_MISTAKES dictionary for flag labels, to make it easier for contributors to add entries. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
