Remove limit on the number of renderer processes This CL removes the limit to the number of renderer processes that can be created. This allows the browser to utilize more system resources and potentially improve performance, especially on devices with many cores and ample memory. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
