[OOBE][Settings] Refactor and unify string resources for FP Setup * Update strings describing the fingerprint sensor location. * Use the updated description strings in OOBE fingerprint setup screen and the fingerprint setup dialog in Settings. * Introduce `quick_unlock::GetFingerprintDescriptionStrings()` to be called from FingerprintSetupScreenHandler and PeopleSection. * Eliminate the aria-label strings, since the location is currently included in the displayed description string. * Remove the outdated and unused FingerprintLocation from setup_fingerprint_dialog.js Updated strings can be found in: go/cros-unify-fp-setup Bug: b:260083543 Change-Id: If5dfb7f5cf9f18ce1fb0390d6f1260b3c177908f Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/4047864 Reviewed-by: Jeffrey Young <cowmoo@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Roman Sorokin <rsorokin@google.com> Commit-Queue: Osama Fathy <osamafathy@google.com> Reviewed-by: Danila Kuzmin <dkuzmin@google.com> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1077048}

Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
