[ios][up] Show managed account domain in chrome://management Show the managed account domain as soon as the browser is signed in with such account instead of waiting for user policies. As soon as the browser is signed in with a managed account, it is considered as managed. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
