Allow containers with single-axis size containment to be queried.

We'll now allow any containers with layout containment and *any* type of
size containment to be matched against container queries. We need to
improve on this, though, so that we don't allow matching queries against
containers with insufficient containment. E.g. if a container only has
block-size containment, and the query is for inline-size, the container
is unsuitable for query matching. One of the new tests fails because of
this.
