Revert "[Sheriff] Disable flaky WindowOpenFocus test on Mac" This reverts commit ef73aa3c2c7503b24e8cd241462f6a3820fa22b4. Reason for revert: r890327 landed which reverts the field trial testing config for ProcessHostOnUI for Mac. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
