Use the correct program files for CECA installs CECA should be installed to "Program Files" for 32-on-32 and 64-on-64 bit installs and "Program Files (x86)" for 32-on-64 bit installs. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
