Handle interpolation of SVG <paint> 'currentColor' w/ Web/CSS Animations Normalize 'currentColor' to <rgbcolor>, and then interpolate that. This is similar to how color properties work wrt 'currentColor'. 'currentColor' as a fallback is still left as non-interpolated.
