[Android TRM] Fix android:layout_weight for module title and "See more" link.

android:layout_weight is assigned to module title and "See more" link
so that in case the texts don't fit (due to unexpected oversized
translation and / or narrow screen), the module is usable.

However, the previously assignment of Title -> 2 and "See more" -> 1
do not work as expected: If title is too large, then both texts get
truncated with ellipsis added (although "See more" would get ellipsis
at the end).

This CL changes the weights to Title -> 1 and "See more" -> 0 (just like
in crrev.com/c/5558624). This gives "See more" more priority, helping
it to avoid truncation.

Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all users to experience the web.

The project's web site is https://www.chromium.org.

To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.

Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
