[exo] Deprecate use of augmented_subsurface_set_clip_rect() ... in favor of augmented_surface_set_clip_rect(). The later landed in m117 timeframe (Jun/2023)[1][2], whereas the former has been left around temporarily for for backwards compatibility. It seems safe to just retire it completely now. Client side use has been removed by [3]. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
