Fixit: Notify on editor bubble tracker destruction Addresses a bug where, if a user collapsed a tab group and then used the tab group editor bubble to ungroup it without ever mousing off the tab strip in between, the tab strip would get stuck in tab closing mode due to the order of destruction between the editor bubble, editor bubble tracker, and tab group header. #top-chrome-bug-fixit Bug: 335003897 Change-Id: Ie9cfa3244322a78293e8ed8b0c1ede6f7c03186d Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6253872 Reviewed-by: Taylor Bergquist <tbergquist@chromium.org> Commit-Queue: Emily Shack <emshack@chromium.org> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1419598}

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
