Updater: minor improvements to o4logtool.html 1. Fix Windows command-line parsing (command lines end in \n, not ' '). This allows the tool to consistently color the internal/non-internal services on Windows instead of making them both red. 2. Fix crash handler detection. This change was already present in the internal version but I forgot to check it in. 3. Adjust the base color of --install to make it more distinct from --wake; I couldn't tell the difference while scrolling through. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
