Clear Privacy Sandbox API data on FPS transition This CL also removes the parsing of failed_data_types since it only has value if the failure is related to passwords or is for all data types if the task is dropped at shutdown, which is not helpful for us. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
