Pass a callback into the install dialog which does the install. When 'Install' is clicked, the callback will be run. The caller must call SetInstallSuccess so the dialog knows when the install has finished. This change also hooks this up to the omnibox install behind a flag. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
