[CC Number Validation Target] Network identifiers include (7d/9) This patch removes the temporary "credit_card_network_identifiers.h" include from the "credit_card.h" header (which does not need it) and updates the files that were using credit card network identifiers (e.g., kVisaCard, kMasterCard) to include "credit_card_network_identifiers.h" directly. In the few cases where the "credit_card.h" was included only for the network identifiers, that include is removed. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
