eCCT: Differentiate between OTR and Incognito in Profile and Tab code This change deprecates the use of isIncognito in Profile and Tab related classes and instead introduces isOffTheRecord, which is true for all OTR profiles, and isIncognitoBranded, which is only true for Incognito profiles (currently only main OTR profile and iCCTs). In follow up CLs, we will audit every isOffTheRecord & isIncognito call in Clank and change it to the appropriate method. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
