[chromedriver] Parse for 10 column style as well for adb ps Previously, ChromeDriver uses adb shell "ps && ps -A" to retrieives default ps fields then check the last column. This will concat the results from ps and ps -A and check for columns with 8 or 9 tokens. Some devices such as the one plus has 10 tokens. This change adds support for 10 tokens with comments. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
