[cleanup] Delete unused methods of FloatLineGap and FloatLineSpacing For line_spacing_ and line_gap_, there are two methods for each: - LineGap and FloatLineGap - LineSpacing and FloatLineSpacing. Since callers only ask for their values as integers, this CL deletes the unused ones. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
