Update the test app with an option to launch CCTs as separate tasks This change updates the client example app with an option to launch CCTs, except for Partial CCTs, as separate tasks. This could be used to test features such as predictive gesture and how it behaves based on how it is launched (separate task vs. same activity). To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
