Update stale menu artifacts after removing bookmarks The App Menu only builds the "Bookmarks" title and separator when there are nodes below it to display, and the "other" bookmarks folder adds a separator when it has children. These artifacts were never updated when a bookmark is removed. The changes are only reflected when the menu is re-opened. Recording: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/575hYY95S9xcHQp After this CL, the artifacts are updated immediately, without needing to reopen the menu. Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
