media: Use ArrayDeque over LinkedList in MediaCodecBridge

ArrayDeque is much more efficient and uses less memory. The only benefit
that a LinkedList has is that it can handle null elements, and does
better when traversing a current element, but in our case, we always
take via add or remove, and don't add null elements, so the Deque is
much more efficient.
