[iOS] [WebChannels] Improve feed header for landscape mode Landscape NTP does not stick fake omnibox to top, instead it uses the real omnibox. This was only being handled for iPads but should be handled for all non-compact sizes. After rotating NTP, the fake omnibox position needs to be recalculated in addition to the feed insets. We replace the updateFeedInsets call for updateNTPLayout, which updates the insets but also takes care of the omnibox. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
