Rename SaveUpdateAddressProfileIcon* to AddressBubblesIcon*.
This CL is a part of the work on separating SaveUpdateAddressProfile*
into the "Save" and "Update" parts. High level (not necessarily matching
the CLs) overview of the work to be done:
* Split `SaveUpdateAddressProfileBubbleControllerImpl` into 3 (or 4)
parts:
* `AddressBubbleController` - shows/hides specific bubbles,
controls the page action icon
* `SaveAddressBubbleController` - save-relevant methods from
`SaveUpdateAddressProfileBubbleController`
* `UpdateAddressBubbleController` - update-relevant methods
* Maybe `BaseAddressBubbleController` - common methods from
`SaveUpdateAddressProfileBubbleController`
* Move the bubble type decision to
`ChromeAutofillClient::ConfirmSaveAddressProfile`
* Rename `SaveUpdateAddressProfileIconController` to
`AutofillAddressIconController`
* Rename `PageActionIconType::kSaveAutofillAddress` to
`PageActionIconType::kAutofillAddress`
* Later (out of scope of this refactoring, but dependent on it): add
the "Add new address" bubble.

Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
