Site Storage Controls: Remove /siteData and redirect to /content/all CL removes the entry point into chrome://settings/siteData and redirects it to chrome://settings/content/all. Also adds a redirect to the Chrome client to redirect navigations to the deprecated /siteData page to the /content/all page. All user facing changes are behind the kConsolidatedSiteStorageControls feature. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
