Allowlist the extensions for enterprise.platformKeys regardless of location These two extensions are not effectively allowlisted in https://crrev.com/c/4865917, since they're installed by the user and don't match the "external_component" location. Move those two extension IDs into a separate section which doesn't enforce install location. Also make them available in Lacros in addition to ChromeOS. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
