Update SignInInterceptionBubble Pixel test names This is done for the following benefits: - Make it easier to understand the expected output when looking at screenshots in the SkiaGold UI, since only the output and the test name are available - Allow reordering tests params without changing the name associated with a given output, since we rely on the params themselves instead of the index in the list of params. This will make it easier to modify the configs by inserting test variants while keeping similar configs grouped, instead of appending new ones to the end. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
