[PDF] Fix not handling events after handling a beforeunload event The PDF viewer reset its EventTracker after handling a beforeunload event, but this caused it to enter a buggy state where some events weren't no longer handled, and some buttons no longer worked. Fix this by instead resetting the EventTracker in disconnectedCallback(). For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
