[CSN] Re-enable Tests Re-enable * ContinuousSearchTabHelperTest * Started timing out on Tablets - should only run on phones so added UiRestriction. * ContinuousSearchUiTest * Crashed on L * Fixed as part of L crash fix https://crbug.com/1241626 but test stayed disabled. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
