Add more crash keys to diagnose Android WebView renderer kills. Because actual URLs and origins are not reported in WebView crash keys, this CL adds the following boolean crash keys: * is_data_url: Relevant for LoadDataWithBaseURL. * is_srcdoc_url: Might be blocked if loaded in main frame. * is_loaddatawithbaseurl_navrequest: For this navigation specifically. * is_loaddatawithbaseurl_samedoc: If current document used it. * is_process_locked: Required to be false for the exemption to apply. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
