Add list of PerfettoSQL Chrome Stdlib testsuites The new file containing the list of Chrome Stdlib diff test testsuites will be used by the Perfetto diff test runner to run the chrome stdlib test suites. Having this list ensures that we run the same tests on the Chromium side and Perfetto side. This also allows us to add new test suites in Chromium with a single patch, rather than having to modify the runner list in Perfetto separately. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
