[cleanup] Simplify OverrideIntrinsicContent* logic.

We only really need logical variants of OverrideIntrinsicContent*
not physical, convert them to logical.

Additionally remove the HasOverrideIntrinsicContent*, and instead if
not applicable return kIndefiniteSize.

Finally remove ComputeObjectViewBoxSizeForIntrinsicSizing and replace
directly with calls to ComputeObjectViewBoxRect instead.

There should be no behaviour change.
