ChromeOS: Use sRGB primaries Instead of rendering to a buffer with the primaries reported by the EDID, instead render to an sRGB buffer. The CTM is programmed to convert (slightly incorrectly, but it's the best we can do with the matrix if broken hardware) from the sRGB primaries to the primaries reported by the EDID. This will fix flickering of Rec709 videos on wide color gamut displays. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
