Launch Eche with visible application name For some error cases, we need to show visible application with error message for better UX. So launch Eche with the application name Cq-Include-Trybots: luci.chrome.try:linux-chromeos-chrome Bug: b/200285528 Test: Flash ROM and test if application name is shown on error message. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
