[text-spacing-trim] Change `ShapingLineBreaker` options to fields

As we plan to add more options, this patch changes the options
argument to fields of `ShapingLineBreaker`, and add functions
to set them.

Also considered to change options to a struct, but changing to
fields seems simpler.

This patch has no behavior changes.
