Initialize MediaProjection API in ScreenCapture code This CL adds the initialization of the MediaProjection API in the screen capture code. Doing this involves defining the threading model used by and between the C++ and Java sides of the implementation. This CL also handles OS side initiated stopping of sharing via the MediaProjection API callback. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
